ABOUT US
Rural Post is a new online newspaper founded in 2021 due to the rising cases of insecurity in rural communities northern Nigeria. It is owned by seasoned journalists, among them, a team of Developmental Reporters whose focus is to report issues affecting remote communities within the region.
The goal of the paper is to tell the stories of people living in hard to reach communities terrorized by violent criminals and to hold governments accountable on security and rural development.
