Zaria Mosque collapsed: Christian Clergy Extends Condolences to Muslims

Pastor Yohanna Buru, the General Overseer of Christ Evangelical and Life Intervention Ministry, expresses his heartfelt condolences to the Muslim community in northern Nigeria after the distressing incident at the Zaria Central Mosque. 

The incident, which received widespread attention through various media outlets, saw the collapse of the mosque in Kaduna state during worship, resulting in the tragic loss of lives and leaving others injured.

Pastor Yohanna Buru stood in solidarity with Muslims throughout the region, invoking divine blessings upon those who lost their lives.

He offered prayers for the departed souls, hoping for their eternal peace and a merciful welcome to paradise.

“As Christians, we extend our deepest sympathies to Muslims across Nigeria affected by the Zaria mosque collapse,” conveyed Pastor Yohanna Buru.

The Christian leader also revealed that he personally conveyed messages of condolences to his Muslim scholar friends, emphasizing unity and shared prayers for lasting peace in the nation.

Pastor Zigo Aziz, a fellow member of the same church, joined in extending condolences to the bereaved families affected by the Zaria tragedy.

He expressed his sympathy and offered heartfelt support to the Muslim community in the northern region.
